1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by matejl (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and matejl governing your use of our online casino and sports betting services.

• Single Account: You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with matejl. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts using false information is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your matejl account is for personal, non-commercial recreational use only. Professional or commercial gambling activities are prohibited.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to immediately notify matejl of any changes to the information provided during registration.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access matejl gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

matejl reserves the right to verify the information you provide and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Create a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify matejl customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices

3.3 Account Restrictions

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

matejl accepts deposits via approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, and other locally accepted payment solutions. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Payment Method Ownership: You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, and you will bear any associated conversion fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Verification Requirements: Before processing your first withdrawal, matejl requires completion of account verification procedures including submission of identity documents and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5-10 minutes after approval, though processing times may extend up to 24 hours during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case matejl will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

4.3 Fees

matejl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such charges. Currency conversion fees may apply to transactions not conducted in Philippine Pesos.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

matejl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

6. Gameplay Rules & Responsibilities

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the matejl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by matejl or any player.

matejl provides Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games, representing the theoretical percentage of total bets that a game will pay back to players over time. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

6.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, including but not limited to software errors, hardware failures, or connectivity issues:

• All affected bets and game rounds are void and will be refunded to your account

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, the following policies apply:

• For sports betting, all placed bets remain valid and will be settled according to the outcome of the event

6.4 Player Responsibilities

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games
• Advantage Play: Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Money Laundering: Using matejl services to launder money or conduct any illegal financial transactions
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access or use your account
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid transactions
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward matejl staff or other players

matejl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and actively monitors player activity to identify suspicious behavior. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities and will report illegal activity as required by law.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by matejl

matejl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in any prohibited activity as outlined in Section 7
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account
• You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction
• You fail to meet eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2
• Continued operation of your account would violate applicable laws or regulations

Upon account suspension or termination for violation of these Terms, matejl reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings. However, if your account is closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations, any legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting matejl customer support. If you close your account as part of our responsible gaming self-exclusion program, your account will remain closed for the selected exclusion period, and you will not be permitted to reopen the account during that time.

Upon voluntary account closure, any withdrawable balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after processing any pending bets or bonus forfeitures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, matejl and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

In no event shall matejl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves financial risk and that you may lose money. matejl does not guarantee winnings, profitability, or any particular outcome from use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Customer Complaints

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and matejl regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
